These terms apply when you use www.remainrogue.com.au or buy from us. The site is run by Remain Rogue (ABN 84 415 772 446), Queensland, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
• We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person.
• Sale prices apply while stock lasts or until the sale ends.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you pay, we'll contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Intellectual property

The Remain Rogue name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Remain Rogue. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website or our products. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
